Scanning is a critical part of Roush’s product development process. Our touch probe, white light, and photogrammetric scanning technologies enable us to verify tooling, verify parts, reverse engineer parts for which design data does not exist, and digitize surfaces to create CAD data.
Leveraging our in-house modeling and rapid prototyping services, we have the ability to scan clay models and import data directly to our SLA machines. The portability of the ATOS scanning system enables us to provide our customers the flexibility of utilizing our services at their facilities or remote locations.
