Our CAD group applies the latest virtual engineering and CAD tools at the critical early design stages of development, and continues its support through the change control process. The Roush CAD group offers comprehensive services, a complete range of CAD tools, and a wide variety of data transfer options.

Services offered include: Class A surfacing, packaging/feasibility, 3D solid modeling, 2D and 3D tolerance, analysis, detailing/GD&T to ISO, ANSI, ASME, Digital Buck/DMA, data management, and data maturation (for design release).

Software utilized includes: CATIA V5, Unigraphics NX, Pro-E / Creo, Autocad, Solidworks, iCEM, Product View, VIS VSA, and VIS Mockup (digital buck).
