Our 110,000 sq. ft. tooling facility contains 20 CAD/CAM workstations, 17 CNC machines, 5 EDM machines, mold building equipment, 3 injection molding machines, on-site mold flow analysis, and in-house CMM.
Our capabilities include tool design & build: silicone, aluminum, P20 steel, production hardened steel, and 420 SS medical grade.
We also offer CNC machining, wire EDM, conventional EDM, injection and blow mold construction, mold try-out, mold refurbishing with repair and maintenance, machined components, rework of existing components, 2nd stage manufacturing, and low volume parts manufacturing.
