Biography

Jim Yagley is the Chief Operating Officer for Roush Industries. Beginning his career with General Motors Truck and Bus Group in Pontiac, Yagley has been involved in the automotive industry for over 30 years.

Since joining Roush in 1989 as a Program Manager, Yagley has been directly involved in the management of the product design and development of the many niche vehicle production programs for their OEM customers. In 1997, he was appointed to the Roush’s Executive Committee where he was given responsibility for strategic growth of the company’s engineering and design groups. In 2007, he was also given responsibility for the Roush machining and engine assembly groups.

Under his leadership, the engineering and design groups have expanded beyond the transportation industry to support Roush’s customers in the aerospace, theme park, and defense sectors.

Yagley obtained a BS in Manufacturing from Lawrence Technological University in 1979.
