Apprenticeships at Roush.

Our apprenticeship programs at Roush champion the pursuit of vital industry knowledge. Cut through the noise and meet leaders who are eager to teach specific skills and accelerate your success. Are you ready to learn?

Veterans.

Roush’s support of veterans starts at the top with our Founder and Chairman, Jack Roush. Jack has a lasting respect for our nation’s heroes and recognizes the monumental challenge of transitioning from military to civilian life. In fact, Jack’s commitment to honoring veterans was also strengthened through a life-saving encounter with a retired Marine.

Founded in 2013, our Roush VIP (Veterans Initiative Program) was created to help provide meaningful and lasting careers at Roush for veterans, members of the Guard and Reserve, transitioning service members, and military spouses.

Because our country’s defense system invests so heavily in training, military personnel have a wide range of skills to offer. A two-way radio operator could work as an electronic technician. A wheeled vehicle technician could transition to a heavy-duty truck mechanic.

Beyond practical skills, service members shine in solving problems and collaborating with teams and leadership. At Roush, our successful employees have those same attributes, and we are committed to hiring veterans who demonstrate these qualities.

We are proud partners with many organizations who support our nation’s heroes and we regularly attend veteran job fairs and visit military installations in search of quality candidates. For our current serving National Guard and Reserve Component employees, Roush works with the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) to support their current and future service.

Meet Our Leaders.

To this day, our founder Jack Roush is a present and valued voice in our company. He is also a household name in the sport of performance racing, where he pushes limits and has won dozens of championships. That competitive spirit drives our leadership team. Our leaders are visionary. Ambitious. And always ready to reach the next finish line.
