Derrick Stam
President, Manufacturing and Quality
Derrick Stam is the President of Manufacturing & Quality. Derrick has more than 20 years of manufacturing and other related experience, including product development, general management, LEAN process development, quality management and manufacturing engineering.
Prior to Roush, Derrick held positions in multiple General Motors engine and vehicle assembly plants as a manufacturing engineering leader. Derrick holds a degree in engineering, and 2 master’s degrees in business administration and executive management. Derrick, his wife Tracy, and 2 children Ryder and Lincoln reside in Howell, Michigan.
